Video dates incorrect after import - Elements 2020 Organizer

Video files imported from iPhone (in my case iPhone 11 pro) end up in the organizer with completely the wrong date. (i.e. not the original date taken). Others in the Support Community have identified the same problem. Has anyone identified a fix for this?

MichelBParis, who always has good advice, notes that the same problem exists with Lightroom, and suggested posting on this forum so that the EXIF metadata specialists might take a look at this problem.

I'm running Elements 2020 Organizer v18.0  iPhone still photo images import with correct date. MOV video files don't, and very tedious to adjust the date/time on each MOV individually.
