UI Size is doubled on PS CC 2018 19.1.4 Release (Windows 10 ver. 1803)

I am facing UI scaling problem with PS CC 19.1.4. Its driving me crazy! Any solution about this?
My screen resolution is 1920x1080 (and display scaling is on 150%) tried UI scaling on PS settings but nothing is happening everytime it is remaining the same!
