Temporary activation of hand tool doesn't work while selecting with lasso tools

I just updated to the latest windows version (21.1.1) and while using the lasso tool and magnetic lasso tool, temporary activation of the hand tool (shortcut:spacebar) doesn't work as usual, while in the polygonal lasso tool is working as usual.
