RAM Allocation fixed with June 2018 (version 19.1.5) release

Thanks Adobe for fixing the issue with RAM and huge thanks Hannah Nicollet for your massive help.

After a major Windows update Photoshop displayed less available memory than my system provided. 

I'm happy to say that my issue has now been fixed with Photoshop's June, 2018 19.1.5 release.
