PS CC 2018 Flip horizontal or vertical does not work properly

I'm sorry, but I'm not quite understanding what problem you're encountering.  Everything appears to be working for me.  What OS are you running on?  What do you expect to see vs what you actually see?  What steps do you go through?

Photoshop CC 19.0

Le calque de base, le raw original est ouvert dans Photoshop comme objet dynamique.
Si on regarde le lampadaire, dans l'image de droite, je l'ai redressé en utilisant le filtre Correction de l'objectif et en tirant un trait vertical sur le lampadaire, ce qui la redressé.
Ensuite Edit / Transformation / Symétrie axe horizontal, les correction apportée parle filtre dynamique, ne sont pas retournées ???In

this basic layer, the original raw is opened in Photoshop as a dynamic object.
If we look at the lamppost, in the image on the right, I straightened it using the lens correction filter and pulling a vertical line on the lamppost, which straightened it.
Then Edit / Transformation / Symmetry horizontal axis, the correction brought by the dynamic filter, are not returned ???

After executing the Lens Correction filter, so Before horizontal axis transformation




After the horizontal axis transformation, the lamppost is no longer vertical.
