Preferences file

I've reset the Photoshop preferences, I'd like you to check the old ones to know what was the problem. Link to the file https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Cxf74RAd5uOIrH0wabph8brJ4L4yHU9m
Thank you!

I have had issues with my Photoshop preferences too. The very short story is 'they have gone away' and I have to load them at start up if I want to use them. I have had tech support look at that issue and others, with no trouble found. I have had the laptop checked out with no trouble found relating to the application, but . . . . It maybe time for a new laptop, it is acting funny.

I know this is no answer for you, but wanted you to know that you are not alone, that's all.

Good Luck!

Howdy Shakad and Kit,

If you save the file, we would actually be happy to look at your preferences.  It isn't always illustrative of a problem, but sometimes, yes.  Just send the file to whomever is helping you with the problem you're having.

Thanks,
David

Thank you very much, but I didn't go into much detail either and that isn't fair to you guys. One example is that almost every time I use [copy] [paste] the previous copied 'whatever' is pasted. Unless I purge the clipboard I have to do a do over. This happens even when I change documents and I'm guessing it is because the source is still in the clipboard. Again, thank you I'm having other issues with other windows Apps and I'm going to have to bite the big one and just get another machine. . . . one that works well with Photoshop of course.

Good Luck!
