Photoshop: Where can I find a sketch filter for CS4?

Hi Guys, I'm using CS4 and have been asked to change a photo into what looks like a painitng with 'pencil' marks.... without being bale to post an example photo, it's difficult to describe what I'm hoping to achieve? Any ideas as to where I can go to get my hands on diufferent filters please?

I wondered if I could upload a photo showing what I'm trying to achieve?

You can use the add image button down in the right hand corner just above the reply button.
