Photoshop: When launch app, there is an unrecoverable problem

Just like the title, there's a hint in my Photoshop that I can't open.
My English is not good, so I use machine translation. I hope you understand

Lucifer Tong: Please provide more details. What version of Photoshop? What kind of computer and which operating system?  How much RAM and how much drive space is in the computer? Is the Photoshop a licensed copy?

What were you trying to open, was it an image or the Photoshop program itself? Has this happened before or is it the first time? ( I am not an Adobe employee, just a Photoshop user.) There are very expert people here who will help, but more information is needed.

My Photoshop is the latest version, should 21.2. As for my windows system, it's should Windows 7 (I'm in great pain now that Microsoft it seems that doesn't provide technical support). In terms of rim and space, the space problem should be big enough, but I'm not sure about rim. Copy maybe not be copy

Your English is just fine! What Dave wrote, the more information you can provide the better, like Mac or Windows. This forum is a good place and also explore the Internet with a search like "photoshop unrecoverable problem" but add 'Mac' or 'Windows'.

It could be several things, but don't give up.

Good Luck!

Oh, thank you. I'm a senior high school student in China now, but English is only limited to junior high school level. I'm authentic a inferior student. I can't communicate at all except by machine translation, because I only know some extremely simple English. For example Good morning and good night. I've been thinking about cramming recently, otherwise I may not be able to enter the University of my like.

I can't even see if there are grammar problems and wrong words in my machine translation, which really bothers me. I need continuous Chinese English conversion to be able to confirm what I want to express

Trust me, you are doing fine, really. Nothing to do with Photoshop, keep doing what you are doing.

Oh, thank you. I'll study hard.

Good Luck, too.
(I have said is that right? I look that's how machines translate)

Yes, White Night, pretty much anyway, I know what you mean. You will have to post a short note how the homework went.

It seems that this problem appeared after my mother once shut down my computer by mistake. I am really troubled because I am learning painting recently to me. I have homework to hand in on Friday, but I haven't started painting it

Can anyone help me? The latest situation:
My mom tried to fix it, and then my Adobe creative cloud couldn't be opened. However, she seems to blame me for all this - even though I didn't fail to open when I used it before.
When my mother found out that it seemed to have nothing to do with me, she just threw me a sentence: "if you want to repair this thing, you need to spend money, so I will not repair it, you can repair it yourself."
But I have no idea what my mother has modified. Now my desktop is in a mess, and the icons and interfaces have changed, which has involved the computer problem.
Because of the epidemic, my computer city doesn't know whether to open or not, but even if it opens, it will take a long time to repair. But I have to hand in my homework on Friday. I don't have that much time, so can anyone help me try to repair it

Take a deep breath. . . . Are you using Windows or Mac?
