Are you saving using Save As? Save As keeps all the processing metadata with the files. Try using File > Export > Save for Web...

Hi, Jeff, yes i work high resolution and want to save a jpg (High 9) so I can eamil to others for approval. I go file save as flatten image then I can see that its reduced in the document info but when i do file info its huge?

I have used export for web but it changes the colour? and i need it to be the same colours as I have created.

In Save for Web, uncheck "Convert to sRGB" and check "Embed Color Profile" and that will preserve your color profiles. You just need to make sure your client or whoever you share your files with views your image in a color managed app.
