Photoshop: Wacom Intuous Tablet 490 Lagging on macOS Catalina

Brand new MacBook Pro 16 inch, i7 32gb ram, i have been with support over the past 2 days and have done everything from increased memory and cached memory, etc.  When using the tablet on Catalina 10.15.3 , when toggling between layers on and off, they at times do not respond at all.  Exteme laggin with sliders, wacom intuos does not behave well at all.  I just spent over 2600 on a Mac just for pursposes to edit for my photography business and i cant even use my tablet, what shoud i do next????

I am not seeing any cases in the last couple of days (last one I see is from 1/25). It looks like the agent made some changes and the problem went away during the call.

Do you have a current case #?

Also, have you tried installing the 21.1 update that just came out?

Jeff i have tried it all, i am currently working on adobe latest update, i have giving up on my wacom tablet, i have been using the wireless magic mouse, and when working with that it works flawlessly.  It is when i have that wacom tablet were the unresponsivness happens.
