Photoshop: The cursor is driving me nuts. I wish it would just stay a white circle.
I'll be erasing a fine edge, 4 or 7 pixels, and the cursor changes to black so I can't see what I'm doing. Is there a way to make it stay a white circle? I'm in Photoshop CC 20.0.6 and Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6, both update as updates become available.

What sort of problem are you running into? What do you have set for your Painting Cursor under Preferences > Cursors?
Thanks,
David

I've also come up with a test you'd be able to reproduce: make a new document, make a new layer, fill with 50% gray. The cursor for eraser is just about invisible.
