Photoshop: Stop showing the "billing error" screen on launch

Every time I launch Photoshop (or Illustrator, or probably any of the CC apps), I'm shown a window that reads, "There was a billing error. Please update your billing information to avoid losing access to Photoshop CC."
My account doesn't expire until 6 months from now yet I'm repeatedly bugged to add a credit card. I think you can wait until the issue is more urgent. Please change this insane and annoying behavior.

Make sure your credit card information is up to date. I once had the same problem and it turned out I forgot to update the information to the renewed expiracy date...

I removed my credit card so that my subscription doesn't renew.

I HATE THIS!!! I got the same issue with Acrobat DC.
It looks like an unethical way to 'force you' to keep a credit card (even if you don't want to renew) hoping that you forget about it and the auto-renew hits you again... completely wrong on every way, but I guess they prefer to have the "non-renewers" annoyed (they don't care about us anymore) hoping that a few of them can get charged again (assuming you would update your credit card details)
