Photoshop: Standardizing Adobe Interface for document navigation & options for Pan, Zoom, Scroll etc

Here is an idea: Every Adobe Package-Especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign should all SHARE the EXACT same interface navigation AND options for Pan, Zoom, Scroll etc. Many designers have all these apps open at the same time, and working between them all. Its kinda ridiculous you have to keep switching how you navigate.
