Photoshop: Save for Web bugs on macOS 10.15 Catalina
When 'Save for Web' dialog appears, the whole filename (including the extension) is selected, and if the name is changed, Photoshop does not add .jpg (or selected file format extension) to the file.
Also, if the file exists, Save for Web asks to replace the file twice. Once a system dialog, and second time an app dialog.
Lastly, I use to be able to type a new file while waiting for the 'Save Optimized As' dialog, now I get the system alert sounds when I try to type anything before the dialog is displayed (which delays my workflow.)

I tried changing it to both Ask When Saving and Never (I restarted PS after changing the setting each time), and neither one worked properly. When set to Ask When Saving, I could uncheck the File Extension: Append option at the bottom of the save dialog window, but the file extension would remain in place. When set to Never, it would still add the file extension (and in all-caps, because when Never is selected, it auto-deselects Use Lower Case in the preferences window).
It definitely now seems to me like it's something on Adobe's end that needs to be fixed.

I've switched to using scripts, combined with Actions, waaay faster than save for web.

I'm having these problems:
- Not allow to paste on file name
- Double "Replace" prompt on every save
- Must enter extension manually
Come on!

When using Photoshop Save for Web (Legacy) export option, after making the settings you want in the first preview screen, and you hit Save... that takes you to the "Save Optimized As" for naming and location of the file to save I have one issue that I don't believe was in previous versions. By default the whole name of the file in the Save As line is highlighted, including the file extension, say .png Often using this process, the next step would be to add some additional characters on to the end of the file name so would hit the right arrow key. However now this takes you to the end of the .png instead of the name of the file, so its extra steps to get back to the right side of the period. Ideally, right arrow would go to the end of the file name by default OR have the file extension hidden at this step. FYI, when using the same steps in Illustrator, the file extension is not visible so the same issue doesn't exist over there.
