Photoshop: Rotating a floating image with rulers visible doesn't resize the window correctly
Ever since the last update a rotate doesn't follow the window size.
I have attached a video as I believe this to be a bug.

There's a problem where some Mac users who prefer the Document window over Tabs, find that the document window does not resize when an image is either cropped or enlarged. Itried suggesting many things, but getting nowhere. Does anyone here know if it's a bug or something else that may cause the problem?
