Photoshop: random sporadic cursor interactions
Since the october 2019 update cursor interactions like drag zooming, panning, brushes etc (anything that requires dragging/drawing) seems to catch randomly. The visual cursor itself moves just fine, but photoshop will either not register the interaction altogether, cut out midway or hang for a split second and jump to your current position. I've turned off the autosave feature just to see if it was hanging while it was saving but no difference.
This only happens in photoshop and no other program and it's never done this on the previous version.
Running on macOS 10.14 Mojave with a Intuos 5 Touch.

I can be drawing and suddenly the app will lock up and all functions/buttons/menus become inaccessible but the cursor still moves.
Once the app catches up, all of your brush strokes are scribbled over the image, and you have to undo them, carefully.
This is on Windows 8 here. I've always thought it was a local network issue rather than a glitch, but unsure. No other programs do this.
