Photoshop: Path not visible at 100% (or closer) if width < 1px, and a transform issue.

As the title says.
I just updated PS to 21.1.2, Path was set to default colour, width 0.5px (as it was in the previous version).
If I zoom in, the path becomes invisible at 100% zoom and closer.
Looks like setting lower then 1 reduces opacity: At 0.6px it's barely visible, at 0.7 a bit less transparent, at 0.8 more opaque still, etc.

MacPro, OSX 10.13.6.

Additionally: unrelated but also a bug I think: when using 'transform' (on a pixel layer), Cmd+Z steps back instead of undo/redo. Opt+Cmd+Z and Shift+Cmd+Z do nothing.
('use legacy undo shortcuts' is obviously ticked in Keyboard shortcuts).

First bug is fixed in 21.2.0.

Second is still there. Perhaps to clarify:

In PS CC 2019 and previous, while transforming, Cmd+Z toggles the last adjustment made to the transform. So you can check wether or not it was an improvement.
In PS CC 2020, every Cmd+Z undoes a previous adjustment with no option to redo.

Is this the path that's not showing for you at .5 at 100% or greater?

Still seems to be fine even with this file. There must be some other trigger.
