Photoshop: Opening a second window gives error: 'instruction at "0x7c91b1fa" referenced memory at 0x00000010 "memory could not" written'

When I open the picture number 2, then this error appear. When I write ok or cancel the program close down.

I would try a few things:

1: Make sure Photoshop is up to date: http://adobe.ly/PS-Up-To-Date
2: Reset your prefs: http://adobe.ly/PS_Prefs
3: Update your video driver by going directly to either the nVidia or ATI website (for whichever card you have): GPU and OpenGL support | Photoshop CS4, CS5: http://adobe.ly/OpenGL

Could there be a hardware issue with either hard-drive or RAM?
