Photoshop: Neural Filters Not Downloading

Hi,

My problem is Neural Filters.  When I click on the cloud icon, the download starts, but after a few seconds, the counter goes down instead of up (downloaded MB's) all the way to 0 and then stops.

Photoshop : 22.0.1 20201106.r.73 2020/11/06: 70b4743b574 x64

OS:Windows 10 64-bit
Ver: 10 or 10.0.17763.475

Are the systems where you are seeing this on have Limited User accounts?

I checked my plan. We have a school plan for K-12 and only one user. ı haven't seen any limit. How can control our limites. Thanks.

By limited user accounts, I mean non-admin users on the systems. If you log in as an admin user on the machine with issues, does downloading Neural Filters work?

I tried on Mac OS 10.15.7 with same account and I downloaded filters. But, I didn't download on Windows 10 LTSC.

Really, Adobe has updated the system requirements! October 2020, OMG! We checked all system requirements before purchasing. Only 3 months ago. And boom, surprise! "We are not support your LTSC OS."



@JeffreyTranberry, thank you for taking care of my question.


Hey Adobe, I don't love you anymore:) Because, My team work on LTSC OS. (4 PC :( gone )

Well, just only effects not working or do we have to buy a new operating system? What are you recommended for next update? Is there a detailed explanation on the subject?(Newsletter or support link)
