Photoshop: Neural filters don't download

hey thanks jeffry, would you know the location for that on a mac? 

found it but it they still don't complete download.

I also have same problem. Deleted several times, rebooted and it is still won't working and won't downloading. 

@steve_pugh_37ru1lbpv4w7u and @faceinlens could you zip up your PluginData folder and zip it up and post it via CC files or dropbox for our engineers to investigate.

I have the same problem, unable to download even after deleting the PluginData folder 

I had the problem that the two last levels on 

Macintosh HD/Users/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/22/Internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery

was missing.  The last folder I had was '22'

When I added /Internal/com.adobe.nfg.gallery 

manually, the problem was fixed!

I added the folders /Internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery  and restarted Photoshop.

Deleting the PluginData folder as described above has no effect on my computer.  It will try to download for a few seconds and then it quits.

I've also struggled with this issue last few days. Fixes I've tried: 

1. Restart Photoshop 22.0 (several times)
2. Reinstall Photoshop 22.0 (several times, English and Swedish)
3. Deleting PluginData
4. Remove privileges from all users to delete from PluginData
5. Move PluginData files from MacBook Pro 2015/Catalina 10.15.7 (where all the filter works)

The download starts but immediately stops and/or flashes to 100%, there's activity on the network but nothing ever downloads (where I can find it).

Windows 10, running on Ryzen 5 3600x, 2070 Super and 32GB of RAM.

This is STILL an issue with NO signs of adobe correcting it. I have wiped my drive and reinstalled the OS and photopshop with the same failure. New fFeatures are only good if they work.

@JeffreyTranberry  Same problem, windows 10, last photoshop version, download starts and stops immediatly on any neural filter... please fix this, very unsuccessful launch for a new feature.

Tried to run it as administrator or delete plugin folder, nothing worked

I have the same problem, unable to download even after deleting the PluginData folder, Please do the needful.

Very same problem here, not able to download even single filte. 

After the new update, the problem has gone. 

I have updated, uninstalled and installed, I have done all the steps in this post and it still does not work.
According to a video on youtube, you have to give security permission to delete all users to the folder H: \ TEMP \ Adobe \ UXP \ PluginsStorage \ PHSP \ 22 \ Internal
I do it and it remains locked without erasing itself.
This is crazy.
