Photoshop: Neural Filter Does Not Work

Some new bug now. All of a sudden the neural filter does not work. I get to the screen where I should be able to turn one of the filters on, but the button does not react anymore

Can you try deleting the local cache and see if that forces them to download: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html#ErrorusingNeuralFilters

If that doesn't work, can you zip up your PluginData folder described in the link above and share via CC-files or Dropbox?

I restarted and it now works. We should not have these problems, though.

Judging from all the posts on this forum, we would better off if Adobe had a more robust testing program, rather than make users de-bug an upgrade. The beta program worked great a few years ago when Lightroom was being developed. I am guessing that a lot of code was rewritten for the current version and some things broke. I'd rather wait a few months longer and get a fully de-bugged product, than be an unpaid beta tester. As subscribers we expect more from Adobe.

I fully agree! Now it does NOT work. Why not? Because a face could not be recognised!  See top right corner.
