Photoshop: Multi-monitor panel behavior in OS X 10.9...
Just upgraded to Mavericks. I used a two-monitor setup and I keep several PS panels open on my right-side monitor with my main work area on the left-side monitor. Before Mavericks the panels would stay on the right monitor even when switching between apps, "Spaces" or different desktops. Now with Mavericks, every time I switch away from PS and switch back, or switch between desktops, the panels jump back over to the left-side monitor. If I "reset" my workspace they hop back over to the right-side monitor where they belong but this is annoying me to death having to do that every time I switch back and forth between apps/desktops!

A Lightroom user just posted a similar issue, solved by removing the app from the assigned workspace. http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh...

This will also let you stretch a single window across two monitors, which isn't possible when that option is on.
That does not necessarily mean this is as designed, or a bug by either Apple or Adobe, but the Adobe staff who already answered will figure that out.
(FYI Chris, I had not assigned Photoshop to a specific space when I tried it out.)

Exactly the same for me, not sure if its a 10.9 issue rather than Adobe, I assume the ether will be hot along the Pacific Coast to try and find a solution. I note that it does try to keep most of the panels on the second monitor with a workaround, change workspace to another then back to the desired one, I note my Nik panel keeps returning to the main monitor screen usually along with another mostly brushes.

Palettes jump from 2nd monitor.
Using Photoshop CC on 2 monitors, with my workspace placing tools and palettes on the 2nd monitor, as soon as I switch to another program and return to Photoshop the palettes have all jumped to the main monitor. As soon as I go back to Photoshop and move one palette to the 2nd screen all of them jump there. An annoyance for sure.
