Photoshop: Layers disappear when moving

PS v 22.0.1

Repro: 

Create new file

Create layer

Duplicate that layer

Try to move them

Layers disappear

Zooming in will show the layers again.

The kind of bugs that get past you QA team, it's just incredible.
