Photoshop: Layer Style Window can't be closed by pressing ESC or ENTER

When I double click on particular layer the Layer Style dialog opens. If I missclick somewhere outside this dialog (eventhough I can do nothing outside ) then I loose "cooperation with /focus on" dialog. So I can't close the window with ESC or ENTER until I click on this dialog again.

Can you please make it be focused all the time on this window?

I disagree.... that would break some functionality.

Make and example please. I don't see any functional problem for user if he had an option to cancel the dialogue window by pressing Esc any time.

Without too much thinking this is just one example... if the dialog is focused permanently then I wont be able to adjust drop shadow distance, angle etc using mouse in image window.

Ok. Let it loose the focus from window. But keep in mind that ESC or Enter can close the window anyway without clicking on it again.

That is all I am asking for.

It can be done by this instruction ( If layers style dialogue window is opened and it is not focused right now THEN (ESCAPE button or ENTER button) will get back focus to dialogue window and do its job (ENTER - approve, ESC - cancel).

I can not see a problem.
