Photoshop: Interface in filters too tiny to read

Hi, I have a new laptop with a 15 inch screen. I am using CC2018 and I have set my interface to "large" 200%. However, when I open up Filters, I find that I am unable to read the interface as it is tiny. Therefore, it appears that the interface settings in the rest of Photoshop are not being applied to the Filters interface. I am unable to work with this tiny interface at all. Please help me and tell me exactly what I have to do. I have searched for answers and I have had live chat techs on my computer fiddling, with no fix to the problem. Thanks in advance.

Hi Carmen,

Are you using Mac or Windows? What are the specs on your monitor?

Thanks,
Hannah

Hi Hannah, thank you. I am using Windows 10 and a 1920 x 1080 laptop monitor.

Hi Carmen,

What filters are you using that are too tiny to see? Can you add a screenshot?

Thanks,
Hannah

Hi Carmen,

When you say that you set your interface to 200%, I assume you mean in Photoshop? Have you checked the display settings on your monitor to see what the scaling factor is there?

Thanks,
Hannah

Yes, Hanna. I set my monitor up when I bought the computer. All my apps are fine except Photoshop. The main interface of Photoshop is fine as I have already explained. Please will you revert to the plan as discussed in the email. Thank you.

Hi Carmen,

I'm not sure what you mean about reverting to a plan. If you replied to my email, would you mind resending it? I'm not sure why but I didn't receive a reply. I thought you hadn't replied so I was trying to help you troubleshoot without my suggestion from the email.

Thanks,
Hannah

Hi Hannah, I responded immediately to your email and followed up later. I have resent the emails today. They were not returned to me, so please look out for them. Thank you
