Photoshop: How do I make photoshop library images a part of the file so people can share it without needing all the image links?!
I find the photoshop libraries to be terrible when sharing files. I work at a big agency and all it takes is one person to put smart objects from their library into their photoshop file and it messes up everyone else trying to use it! I asked her to include the images so I could open the file, so she put them in a folder on the server, but when I open the original photoshop file, it still has the yellow yield sign on each layer. So first comment is, please remove the libraries! I hate them across the board, even in InDesign. The pallet is fine, the library is confusing and doesn't put things in the color pallet and you can't click on it to change the color of art anyway. So what's the point?! But back to photoshop...how do I now take each image that isn't a normal smart object that can just open right up...and make it one? How do I remove the yield sign? When we send these files out, all the extra library images are NOT collected, which is really bad if something gets to the vendor and needs to be changed. This is really not a good feature when people share files and release them to vendors. How do I get around this? I'm very frustrated. Thank you.

So that the designer can make changes to a single file that are propagated to, potentially, hundreds of files. To change the look of an "ok" button on 50 mockups becomes much easier and less error prone.
How do I remove the yield sign?
Right click the title of the layer in the layers panel and find "Update All Modified Content..." the yield sign means it thinks the cloud object may be out of dste, not that it is missing.
How do I now take each image that isn't a normal smart object that can just open right up...and make it one?
Right click on the layer title in the layer panel and find "Embed smart object" or "Convert to Embedded" can't remember offhand while on my phone.
File->package will download cloud files and make them linked files in a folder with your psd, I think?
