Photoshop: Gliches on "Actions"

I have an action set up to lower resolution and place a copyright on the photos.
It works sometimes. Sometimes it hangs up, most often on first "Set Layer Styles of Current Layer", Sometimes on second "Set current layer". sometimes it won't hang up at all :) All I have to do is hit enter, but it gets annoying when I'm doing 30 or more photos at once.

Thanks,

what error does it give? Does it stop on all files? Is it a problem with the layer type being wrong? or a color space issue?

Can you post your action somewhere along with a file that pops the dialog?

It doesn't give an "error" it just waits for another confirmation. (enter)
IF, it starts on the first file it will do the same for all files. I'm usually doing 9 at a time.
It is always related to the "custom shape" layer, but there are never any changes once set.
This doesn't happen all the time, but, it is happening more frequently.

Merging with the topic with a workaround/solution.
