It is not possible to have a layer in a folder above the layers above that folder.
And its solution is to remove it from the folder and put it above the other layers.

You didn't answer to may question from previous post, so how I have to help you? You must explain which layer(Set) is selected at the time you want to add new layer to somewhere...

That you said now is repeating one of sentences of your original post, hovever that still has no senseat all, so I'm sure you meant something else that you described using bad set of worlds or provided by wrong translation.

How can you have a layer in a folder that is at the same time a layer over layers they are over that folder? Tranlating it literally it surely is not possible. But that's obvious, so please coperate ;)

Why you even had to add a layer to beeing on a level of 'lower' folder if you'd like that layer was added over layers of top folder (regarding your image)? Shouldn't you first select that above folder to add layer or select top layer of that folder to add a layer holding Control key while clicking new layer icon?

Please post 2 images. First where you show situation you start from with selcted layer(Set), then other one with result you want to achieve. Then me or someone is going to help you with for sure ;)

I want the green layer in this place.But in Group 2, not 1

I admit I am still not sure I understand... correct me if I'm wrong:

- it is like the 'Green' layer is in 'Group 1' layerSet at start
- you select it and then you want to trigger new dialog where you can indicate where that layer has to be copied (without beiing removed from original folder)

If that is like it, why can't you just:

- select a layer that you want to copy
- press 'Ctrl j' (to make a copy over itself)
- drag it to desired location in 'Layer' panel?


If that's it I understand you'd like your individual way to do some things, if so that is still possible by scripting, but I agree that with many layer(Set)s that could be somehow convinient to select from Dropdown list where to send copy of selected layer.

in this picture,  green layer in the group 1 . between blue and red layers.

but. i want that, green layer in  the group 2 and between blue and red layers.
and this action impossible.

It is logical. Green layer in whatever group but under Red layer can't be located in a document still over red layer (so between this one and blue layer that is over it). Why do you think that would be normal to have Green layer over Blue layer if on Layer's tree it's already below that Blue layer...
