Photoshop: Fixed corner radius of vector rounded rect when scaling
Hey one feature I think heaps of people would like to see implemented is the ability to scale a vector rounded rectangle shape whilst keeping the corner radius fixed - I could be wrong but I think this is possible in fireworks? Thanks

Currently the radius is squashed or stretched depending on which way I resize the box.
Steps to see the incorrect behavior:
1. Create a rounded rectangle box with a radius of any size (though the larger it is the easier the problem is to see eg: 8px)
2. Observe that your corners are a nice 8px
Select the layer with the rounded rectangle box and press command-t on mac.
3. Make the rectangle narrower (a common function when the text in a button changes)
4. observe that the corner radius is now <8px (the height is correct but the width is squashed narrower)
5. Further, observe that if a box is downsized with constrained proportions (holding down shift key) the entire radius size is reduced
Desired steps:
1. Create a rounded rectangle box with a radius of any size
2. Observe that the corner radius is N px
3. Select the layer with the rounded rectangle box and press command-t on mac
4. Make the rectangle narrower or resize in any arbitrary way
observe that the corner radius of the box is still N px, as if the box had just been created
THANKS!

And by “really like”, I mean “if this is the only additional feature in Photoshop CS7, that would be ok”.
