Photoshop: Export images from a PDF

A feature "export images from a PDF", that allows the user to (via the import PDF) to export all, or selected images to JPG-, PNG- or other image formats.

You can do this using Acrobat Pro. For PS you'll need to create an action and run it with the Batch processor. Here's an example:
