Photoshop: Duplicate group of layers (Cmd + j) does not work properly with Artboards

With the final update there is a problem with the duplicate action. I usually use Cmd + J to duplicate a group of layers and after initiating the action, usually the group is duplicated above the current group, in the same dartboard. Now with the new update, after initiating duplicate (Cmd +J) the group is appears in the top Artboard in the list of my file, but not in the Artboard from which I am initiating the action. Also the group positioning is changed on the artboard. Please help ,)
