Photoshop documents no longer opening in iOS Catalina

" Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document."

I'm getting this error when trying to open Photoshop documents in newly updated iOS Catalina

SOLUTION FOUND!
I needed to unclick Maximize Compatibility when resaving the document
