Hi,
Could you clarify what you mean by "CTRL doesn't work for long"?  I'm running the latest version on Win10 but not seeing any problem.  What specifically were you doing and what happened?
Thanks,David

Yes hello.
CTRL plus - (Zoom out) cannot work.
But CTRL plus (Zoom in) works fine.

I encountered that in different computers. You can repeat that by zoom in by the short-cut key a few times. Then when you wanna zoom out, it doesn't work.

Thanks.

I think I am having the same issue. What's happening to me in recent versions of Photoshop (I am on 24.4.2 on Windows 10) and on multiple computers is shortcuts involving the Ctrl key seem to get stuck. So if I press Ctrl+Plus, to zoom in, let go of Ctrl for a little while, then press Plus again, sometimes nothing will happen. This goes for other shortcut keys involving Ctrl as well, but with zooming in and out it happens more often because sometimes I'll want to zoom in by two set increments and if I let go of the buttons, the second zoom won't happen.

It seems to happen when Smart Guides are enabled. On more complex documents, sometimes the layer bounds and other guides it produces take a while to appear, locking up this behavior.
