Photoshop: CS6 polygonal lasso tool auto-completes unexpectedly
Having issues with polygonal lasso tool.
When in mid selection, the dotted line disappears - though I am able to continue making a selection, the selection seems to jump and completes itself. Also, when plotting multiple points around rounded edges, it completes the selection, as if I were to double click. The plot points are far enough away, so this should not happen.
Furthermore, when I try the "Add to Selection" feature of the tool, I make a selection to add to the areas that were affected with the above issues, it seems I am adding to the selection, but when finished, nothing happens. This feature is not working altogether.
Other than those issue, I love the new CS6 creative suite. Nice improvement and a valuable arsenal of tools for my daily tasks :)

Installing the plug-in from the document above should solve:
• menus, panels, or dialog boxes turn white and become unresponsive
• keyboard shortcuts stop working
• lasso tool selections close prematurely
• Photoshop becomes unresponsive
Let us know if this solves your issue.

It also seem that when this does happen, it happens a few times over a period of 30 minutes and then freezes completely, restarting the program seems to fix the problem for a few days but then it happens again. it has just completely crashed a couple of times as well, not sure if thats at al related though.
Other wise like Paul said everything else is awesome and love the new features, but more importantly the revision to many old features across the CS6 creative suite.

If so, make sure you have installed the latest driver.

Never happened until I upgraded to CS6.
Figure it out, Adobe.

Seem to have it corrected by Going to Image/Mode then change to 16 bits/channel.
This will revert to 8 bits/channel on next project but still seems to work correctly.
Hopefully with fingers crossed.
