Photoshop CS6: Dark user interface style [UI skin] like Premiere Pro or Lightroom?

For Photoshop CS6, how about add option to set a dark user interface style [UI skin] like Premiere Pro or Lightroom? It's very helpful to be able to work on images in a dark interface because it enhances our eyes' perception of color. Can this be possible in CS6?

You want the colors and values surrounding your image to be very similar to the environment in which the image will be viewed. Otherwise you throw off your color and contrast perception and the image will look wrong in it's final environment.

For print, this means you want a very light surround.
For photos it could mean light or medium tones.
For video and film, it means darker UIs.

And in almost all cases you want the UI near neutral gray with few strong colors.

(sorry, but I'm getting tired of hearing the myth that dark UIs enhance perception - they don't, they just alter it in ways that most people don't consider until after they've damaged their images)

Allen, you do not agree with the merge I made, but you can see on the topic it was merged to that the answer by Jeff Tranberry that he finds it a good suggestion covers both Photoshop and elements, I therefore change that thread title to reflect it.

I understand from your message that you insist that your suggestion is for a future version of Photoshop, but I think that there are laws that would prevent Adobe to add a function to the currently shipping version of Photoshop, and since Ps Elements 10 has been released today, it does not leave other choices than a future version of Photoshop for the other thread...

Anyway there are still people who don't treat color or tones in PS and wish a dark UI. Screen is like a light bulb and even a 128 grey is bad for the eyes, specially for people working the whole day with PS and other graphics applications.

if possible, i would still prefer to have a standalone topic dedicated to requesting a dark UI for the next version of photoshop. adobe already has a dark UI option for several apps but not for photoshop.
