Photoshop CS5: Image doesn't center perfectly in fullscreen mode...
Image doesn't center perfectly in fullscreen mode. There is a 1 pixel gap on the left side of the screen because the image is off center by 1 pixel. I'm on Photoshop CS5.1.
Example...
I'm working on a 1920x1200 monitor with an image of the same size. But when I do "fit on screen" [CTRL+0] to center the image on screen then zoom in to 100% size [CTRL+1], there is a 1 pixel gap on the left side of the screen because the image is off center by 1 pixel.
Also, even if I try to fix it by manually repositioning the canvas, this happens again when I press TAB to show/hide the interface in fullscreen mode.
Can this be fixed in the next version of Photoshop?

- go to photoshop preferences to set fullscreen background color to magenta [to see this bug more obviously]
- make a new document that is the exact size of your screen resolution
- go into fullscreen mode and press TAB to toggle interface
- press CTRL+0 , then press CTRL+1
- you can see 1 pixel line of the magenta background on the right side of the screen. THIS IS THE BUG: the document is not being centered correctly.
- even if you use the hand tool to manually reposition the document to be center, it gets moved off center again when you press TAB to toggle interface
