Photoshop: Crashes when alt-tabbing

Question

Photoshop crashes when I alt-tab to a different window. Maybe it's 1 out 500 times, but I'm constantly switching programs. The program crashes instantly and I always (at least when it prompts me) send a bug report. This has primarily been ongoing since CC2019 and there Has been 2 or 3 updates since release and none of them has solved this issue. I am losing hours of work. I have easily sent over 10 issue reports when it's crashed and haven't gotten any response or any updates that has solved this issue. Please is there anything I can do?

Have you submitted crash reports with your email address? https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html I'm not finding any when I search with the email address you use to log in here.

Thank you Jeffrey, I have been submitting crash reports with my email, at least the last 5-10 reports have had my email, I believe I use a different primary email from my adobe account email address, I will try using that email address next time I send a report. I haven't heard back from adobe though if there was anything I could try on my end.
