Photoshop: Changed hard drive lately, Nik col and paper texture pro not showing

Hi,
I changed my hard drive lately and reinstalled photshop cc 2019, which I already had before changing my hard drive. I set back Nik col and Paper texture pro in the Adobe Photoshop plugin folder but Nik col won't show up in the filter menu and Paper texture won't show up in Window/ extensions menu in my french version of PS. What to do? Thanks for your help.
Nathalie

See: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/plug-ins-photoshop-troubleshooting.html

Are you using old Google Nik? or the newer DXO ones. The old ones really aren't compatible with current versions.

I use the old Google Nik, which worked fine on PS cc 2019 until I had to reinstall it. Maybe PS last update changed something. And what about Paper texture pro. It is a very convenient tool which I normally use very often. Thanks for your reply

It should work. Are you trying to install it manually? Try installing it from the Add-on site: https://www.adobeexchange.com/creativ...

Thanks. I solved the problem with paper texture pro. I removed it from the Adobe plugins file (also clicked on uninstall in My exchange because it was still considered as if it were installed). Then, from there, I clicked on "install". Now it works. Wonder why it didn't previously because it is exactly the same file which is installed in the very same folder...
As Nik worked with the same version of PS as the one I have now, there might be the same problem as with paper texture but since I cannot install if for free anymore, all I can do is set the files I have in Adobe plugins file, but it won't work.
