Photoshop: Change shortcut for "Fill with foreground color "

I am a left handed PC user. When drawing with stylus, one of the most used keyboard shortcuts I use is "fill with foreground color" which has the shortcut alt+backspace. I would want to change this to ctrl+backspace, but there is no option to do so.

I contacted support, and they tried to find a way to change it, but couldn't. It's not possible to even change the less-specific "fill" or ANY control to ctrl+backspace.

For ergonomical reasons, please allow the shortcut ctrl+backspace, thank you.

What about turning fill/foreground into an action and then using F12 as your shortcut?

That’s a great idea!

Thanks! I did it and it works, hadn't used any actions before, so that didn't even cross my mind. Thank you!

You could also swap your foreground color to background color and use ctrl+backspace to fill with background colo.
