Photoshop CC: Where are the Photo Frame Preset files kept?

Trying to delete presets from the Filter/Render/Picture Frame in Photoshop CC. Where can I find the files in Windows 7?

In the programs folder for Photoshop CC 2018 > Presets > Deco > Picture Frame

Thank you, I did find that folder but the only ones I can see are the PS defaults, not the ones I created.
