Photoshop CC: "Lock position" disables the possibility for the layer to be quick selected by the "move tool" + Behaviors

Hello dear developers,

There is a behavior problem with the move tool.
I understand that it was designed initially to move layers, so it is only logical that when you activate the "lock position" on a layer, the move tool won't be able to auto select it anymore.

Problem:
*Users use also the move tool to quick select a layer, but then they might also not want to accidentally move their layer's content (which happens often, and then you have to ctrl z, boring)

There are 2 solutions that could fix it:
1*You allow selection while the lock position is activated
2*You leave it this way but you add a behavior "is selectable", activated by default for any new layer, and which icon comes right next to the lock position icon.
if you want to preserve the old behaviour, you make it be deactivated when lock position is triggered, so no old user will get cranky ^^.

The second possibility feels more interesting in the sense that it adds a new possible behaviour that does not overlap with "Lock layer":
If you have "is selectable" and lock in position selected, you would still be able to select several layers and delete them. If you were to move all the layers that you selected, the "locked position" ones would just stay in place.
Note that the lock layer activation would automatically deactivate the "is selectable" (and put the rest of the options in grey).
Deactivating lock layer would reactivate the is selectable.

Edit:
1* I guess that in this case you could rename the "move tool" into "move and select layer(s) tool"
2* When you think of it, there is maybe a bigger picture to get to with the behaviours idea. You could easily add a "lock transformation" behaviour for example, or a lock luminosity, etc. This would create interesting behaviours with multiselected layers.
There is something to dig in there i think with the behaviours. You could have a window that would allow you to tweak them according to your taste (to take an example from here, i would not want that when i choose to lock position, the is selectable gets deactivated)

What do you think?

To sum up this long post:

Create a new behaviour which is named "is selectable", which allows the move tool to select the layers while "lock position" is activated.

I am from the year 2040 and I am only here to inform you about your idea. A deadly disease leads to an outbreak of war. This leads many to work from home and luckily someone sees this idea. But rather than get the attention from Adobe he created his own photo editor which he implements in a very early version. Unfortunately all versions of his software has disappeared as he has been drafted into war and wanted to keep his work confidential in the event of someone stealing his code. The only copy remained on his implanted flip chip. When he died in war, someone removed the flip chip from his wrist and implemented it in his own artificial intelligence software that lead to an extreme change in society. Once terrorists and lethal organizations got ahold of this advanced photo editor all destruction broke loose. They have set humans against one another in a waves of complete chaos. I am talking about them editing political debates and "gaming" many of the social media algorithms with the help of the AI to promote their own propaganda. It is such a shame, the creator of the AI wanted to make it easier for creators everywhere to simply type what they wanted and it would be instantly developed but mankind couldn't handle this much power.

My words to you are not to make you feel guilty or ashamed, but to realize how much power you as an individual have. Your idea has impacted this world forever. Now go use that bright mind of yours to accomplish your dreams, you definitely earned it,
