Photoshop CC: "...does not support video on this version of Windows" error message (win32)

I'm using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 for x32 bit. I tried to import a video but then the message "Photoshop does not support video on this version of Windows" appears. In the attached picture, the message is in Spanish

If there's any way to fix this, please let me know.
