Photoshop CC 2019: My CEP panels aren't working

-Transform tool does not operate like it did in Photoshop CC 2018 and before.
When using Command Option Shift and combinations of those, the transform doesn't work like it use to. Also, the transformation seems to lock aspect by default now, it didn't before.

-"Disable the Home Screen" doesn't' always disable the home screen.

-CEP - custom panels not working. Some of my custom panels that are coded up to version 99.9 aren't working in this version. They were properly installed and created with extension builder toolkit. They work in CC2018, but not 2019.

Bridge CC 2019 previews are all garbled. Both previews from local files, and files that are on a server.

Forum is going to be busy. The list of bugs (repeated in other theards) is growing! Ps&Br are drowning!

I've encountered so many issues like this that I went back to 2018.
Frankly, I don't have the time, patience or the inclination to try and work on adobe's problems.
I have work to do.
Thank goodness we have the ability to go back on the versions.

This update is a f*cking disaster. Bridge totally scrambles all previews of every image I have in any folder. Nothing shows up, just a black scrambled box, with a filename. Keyboard commands in photoshop have all been changed. Adobe, I hate you even more now.

Bridge 2019 doesn't work on the iMac Pro and possibly has issues on PC's with Nvidia cards.

Yeah that's what I'm on. It sucks.

I'm going to make this topic specifically about your CEP panel. Would you be able to email me a copy of your CEP panel for us to troubleshoot?

The other issues are covered here:

@Matt, is the issue with CEP panels that they won't display unless a document is open? or the welcome screen is dismissed?

Hi Jeffery,
Re your question to Matt from 2 years ago, is there a way to close the home screen in 2019 (as if the user had pressed the escape key) from script? I've tried reusing the code from the listener about "homeScreenVisibilityChanged" but it gives an unknown error.

I notice that when first opened, panels aren't visible in 2019 as they open in a docked state which is hidden behind the home screen. Once I pull the panel into a floating state (after opening a file to close home screen) they open just fine, but a user opening for the first time and seeing nothing would be confused here.

Thanks, Ben
