Photoshop CC 2019: "Lock Workspace" not working for floating panel groups/2nd monitor

the new "Lock Workspace" feature isn't working. Even when activated, I can move or resize tool panels.

Any update on this ? Could it work on other panels as well, like the brushes menu ?

Just wanna say thank you for the option to lock the workspaces, although I have the same problem as described. It’s a great idea, feel free to pass on my praise to the one with the idea :-) Thanks for fixing!

The Lock works only on the main screen, on my second monitor i can move the Panels when the Lock os ON. I realised that the lock works only with the position of the panel but you can still resize it. Actually i have more problems with accidentaly resizing a panel. Would it be possible to lock the resizing too? many thanks!

Unfortunately, those who most need to lock their workspace also use a second monitor. So that makes this feature a fail for us.
