Photoshop CC 2019: Disk error opening application
After upgrading to latest CC version I'm unable to open CC. I get a "disk error" message. Ive spent hours on the phone with Adobe tech support with negative results. Ive done everything I can except buy a new computer to remedy the problem. "Sentiment",,"Im feeling"?

what type of disk drive do you have.?
are your video drivers upto date.?
have you tried to log out of your adobe account, reboot your computer and then log back in.?
just a couple of question of the top of my head. :-)

If so, go back to that version. The new version is full of bugs and some people can't use it.
I had to.

I upgraded to CC 2019 all was well until I attempted to install Color EFX Pro 4.0 . Which I know now it doesn't support. When I attempt to open 2019 I get a "disk error" message or one that says "Preference file missing or invalid". CC 2018,Bridge and LR all function fine. I scanned the hard drive,no problems and all else on computer is fine.( Windows 10) Adobe tech support is no help.

Thanks for your assistance in this issue. How do I send you a copy of the crash log file?
