Photoshop CC 2019: Add the cmd-d shortcut to place images when a frame is selected

Do you use Photoshop for lay-out? There is a possibility with your frame selected: >Edit >Paste special >Paste into. (It is of course not the same)

To Eartho's point, you can customize nearly any shortcut to be what you'd like it to be using Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts and then selecting either Application Menus, Panel Menus (some overlap between those two), Tools, or Taskspaces.  You can then save these customized sets.
