Photoshop CC 2019 (20.0.1): Shape's path looks off from the actual shape in

Hi Guys,
When creating shapes in Photoshop there is a path around the shapes with the shape tools selected. In Photoshop it seems the path have few pixels offset from the shape. I have attached a few samples of what I'm talking about. Let me know if you need more clarification.
Thank you!

This is Photoshop. Not Illustrator. You are placing vector shape inside bitmap document. Therefore if you zoom in, you will see pixels. You can have blurry edges or pixels rounded to whole value. Choose what fits you more.

Yea I know that. But my question was why the path off from the shape. I used previous version of the Photoshop 2017 and I didn't see this problem.
