Photoshop CC 2018 - Libraries fail to initialise
I have recently installed the free trial version of Photoshop CC 2018 and whenever I go to open it, I am welcomed with this message;
"Due to a problem initialising CC Libraries, existing links to library graphics will appear broken and new link creation may fail."
I have been searching for hours on how to solve this problem, I have tried every workaround on Adobe's official page for fixing this issue [x] (however it says it only applies to CC 2015 anyway), I have tried killing the CCLibraries.exe process in the task manager, I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and nothing seems to work.
Are there any other solutions to this problem? I used to use PS on an older laptop courtesy of a friend and never received this message until now.
