Photoshop CC 2018 buggy

Just updated my Windows CC Apps to 2018 and now there are some pretty bad bugs:

- Editing the line-height of a font - for example to 16px outputs 67,121 (random number). Even with the up and down keys i get random line-height numbers. Only the predefined line-heights by clicking on the line-height gets results

- Saving for web STRG+ALT+SHIFT-S works only every third or fourth time

- Performance seems to be much slower

System: Windows 10 Pro, i7 4770K, M2 SSD, 16GB RAM

Same issue here - just starting up PhotoShop takes a minute or so, and sometimes it just freezes and I have to restart it. Win10 i7-5930K, 32 GB RAM
Very annoying!

Two reboots later, and PhotoShop is finally usable again - yay!
Plus, I do not have the issue with the line height - does the value also change when using "pt" instead of "px" as the unit? Because when you enter "px" but your unit settings are set to "pt", it's clear that it will be re-calculated. So maybe a good idea to check your unit settings!

Same issue here, can't touch the line-height or adjust it, keeps jumping to random uncontrolable values.
this is really unacceptable, I have a deadline to meet.

thank you adobe that's it !  I'm canceling my cc  subscription as we speak.

Just happened to figure out a workaround. If you have the character window open and also have the properties window open. You can type the number you want in the properties line height field and it will update the character box with the correct number even though the properties box is still bugging out.

Thanks for the idea Damian.

That solution doesn't work for me. Photoshop simply resets it.

I'm having to put each line of text on a separate layer.

I've five orders with a deadline!

Not a problem here with line height, either entering the number or scrolling with the keys.  Also save for web works fine with Shift+control+alt+s. Only keyboard glitch I've found is Alt+backspace for fill, it requires you to hit backspace twice.

Feeling for Tina, That SUCKS.

I have noticed that the line-height issue doesn't always rear its ugly head. For me it seems like it works fine in some instances (files) and for others it doesn't. I am also experiencing the need to hit ctrl - alt - shift - save multiple times before Photoshop responds with the save for web. I have also experienced the issue with foreground and background fill with the shortcut alt - delete and ctrl - delete requiring multiple hits before the action is produced.

Ultimately it feels like a hardware/software conflict with this machines current configuration and this new PS.  I will keep posting here with my findings in the hope that all this info that everyone shares sheds some  light on the issue.

I'm also getting an error where, if I have multiple windows open, they all look like the same file. I have to force-quit and restart every time.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Have the same problem with lineheight. The attached photo shows that something is way off. The same type-layer is marked, but the properties are different? How is that possible?

CC 2018
Someone in our office is having this same issue.
I felt it had to do with using a specific Google font, since if she changed the font the issue went away. But I am testing this same font on my machine and it's behaving correctly. I can't repeat the bizarre line-spacing issue on my computer.  She has restarted her computer twice, deleted any duplicates of the font (Suitcase Fusion).  Re-entering text into a new text box seems to work for now. (copy the desired text to an outside program like Text Wrangler so that it strips out any formatting, then copy/paste back to photoshop into a new text box). This workaround is working for now.
We did not notice this behavior before upgrading to CC 2018.

I've been having that exact same line-height issue. I think I'm just going to revert to 2017. CC 2018 has been a hot mess for me so far.
