Photoshop CC 2018 19.1.3: Start Menu won't show up
Every now and then when I open Photoshop, the start menu doesn't open.
Only the menu bar is shown.
This isn't much of a problem really, but I think it's noticeable enough to fix.

The display of the Start dialog is controlled by a user preference. I'm assuming that you're the only one that uses your computer, right?
Ok, so what kind of machine are you running? Are you connected to the web when the problem happens? Any other apps running at the same time?
Thanks,
David

I have an Asus desktop running Windows 10 Home (10.0.16299.431) as a private PC, web connection is constant.
I tend too have Chrome and file explorer open when I'm using Photoshop.
Thanks,
Henri

If they'd bring back that very useful Recent Files panel, you wouldn't need to have all files closed just to get to the part of the Start Screen you want. I miss that Recent Files panel. I had hoped they would improve it by letting us edit it to delete files we no longer had a use for, preventing it from scrolling useful files away too quickly. Instead, they abandoned it. <sigh>
